Returns Policy

All items purchased on this website are non refundable, but are subject to a 7 day return & exchange policy as per the following terms;

In case you have received a spoiled or faulty product, you may request for a replacement within 7 days of delivery. If the request is approved, you will be sent a replacement within 3 – 4 business days.

All clothing items are covered with the “7 Day Replacement Guarantee”. In case you receive the wrong size, torn or a stained item, you can request for an exchange based on our guarantee policy.

Items Must be Returned in the Original Condition, with the Price Tag (if any) and Original Receipt. All Returns Will be Void in Case of the Following Instances:

1. Damages attained due to improper use of product.

2. Any consumable item that has been unpackaged or used.

3. Health and Beauty products are non-returnable.

4. Any damage or flaw from items purchased during any of our “Sales” or “Promotions”.

5. Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, the box (if any), manufacturer’s packaging (if any), and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Replacement is subject to availability of the same product at Urban Mandarin.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Good

Kindly notify our customer service team with the basis of the flaw or impairment within 7 days from date of purchase/delivery, in line with our “7 Day Replacement Policy”. Please ensure that the product is returned based on all conditions stated above and if approved, we will send you a replacement.
